Split yellow peas

Polished peas are made from peeled peas that are gently polished. Split polished peas are divided cotyledons with rounded edges and a smooth or rough surface.

The content of whole peas is no more than 5%.

This is a semi-finished product designed for further processing. Application area: Food industry.

Quality control is carried out at all stages of production. The producer’s quality certificate and safety reports accompany each batch of the product.

A traceability system is implemented from raw materials to final products in production, and vice versa from final products to raw materials. The control of safety indicators is carried out in accordance with Ukrainian sanitary legislation and regulatory documentation.

Per 100 g of dry product:
• Caloricity — 1506,7 kJ (306,1 kcal);
• fats — 1,0 g (including saturated fat acids)— 0,2 g);
•carbohydrates — 65,1 g (of which sugars are — 4,3 g);
• proteins — 21,9 g;
• salt — 0,2 g.
